Pattern features 4 card slots, a zippered change pouch and two window sizes (vaccine card size and ID size)

Approx. finished size: 7 inches tall and 5.5 inches at the widest.

Materials & Supplies:

9x15 piece of vinyl or cork

5-inch piece of clear 12-gauge vinyl

9x12 piece of waterproof canvas or quilting weight cotton

(2) 1-inch Scrap pieces of Decovil (light or heavy) or other stabilizer 

Roll of 2 ¼ or 2 ½ inch ribbon for card slots at least 30 inches long (or a long strip of 3x30 inches of woven fabric not interfaced)

Card to measure card slots (or enclosed template)

Dritz Wash-Away Wonder Tape (or double-sided tape you can sew through… or you’ll be sad)

 (1) 3.75-inch #5 zipper with zipper pull

14.5-inch-long piece of 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch cotton/poly webbing (optional for wrist strap)

(2) rivet (8-10mm)

(1) metal or plastic snap set (add an additional snap if you’d like one for the accent window)

(1) ½ inch swivel clasp

(1) ¼ inch 2-Part Eyelet or grommet

Keychain (optional)

Leather hole punch

Fabric scissors

Acrylic Paint, Fabric Fusion or Leather edge paint (optional to seal raw edges of vinyl)

Rotary cutter

Quilting ruler

Wonder clips

Fabric marker/chalk
